mpofafa Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and mpofafa whenever you access or use the platform. References to “you”, “your”, “player”, or “member” mean the person who owns and uses the account. References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “platform” mean mpofafa and the services it provides.

By creating an account or continuing to use mpofafa, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to follow them. This agreement also includes the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming rules, promotion conditions, payment instructions, and game-specific rules displayed on the platform. If a product-specific rule conflicts with a general clause, the more specific rule will normally apply to that product or event.

2. Eligibility and Legal Responsibility

You may use mpofafa only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter an agreement, and are permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws that apply where you are located. It is your responsibility to understand and follow those laws before opening an account or placing a wager.

3. Registration and One-Account Rule

The platform may temporarily lock the account while investigating. Activity completed with valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless evidence shows otherwise, so reporting an issue quickly is important.

5. Deposits, Wallet Funds, and Withdrawals

mpofafa supports approved Philippine payment channels shown in the cashier, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard cards. Available limits and processing times may vary by account, payment provider, verification status, and transaction type.

Deposits must come from a payment method owned or legitimately controlled by the verified player. The mpofafa wallet is intended for gaming activity and is not a bank account, savings product, or money-transfer service. A deposit may need to be wagered before withdrawal where reasonably necessary to prevent payment fraud or misuse.

6. Placing and Accepting Bets

Bets placed after an outcome is known, during a clear technical delay, or using obviously incorrect information may be reviewed and settled at the correct terms or voided.

Minimum and maximum stakes can differ by sport, market, player, event, or game. mpofafa may apply reasonable limits based on risk, integrity concerns, product availability, or regulatory requirements. Limits do not guarantee that every requested stake will be accepted.

7. Event Results and Bet Settlement

mpofafa settles wagers using official results and its published market rules. Unless stated otherwise, results announced by the recognised governing body, league, event organiser, or approved data provider will determine settlement. Later disciplinary action or a result changed after the applicable settlement period may not alter a wager that has already been settled.

Postponed, abandoned, shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled events are handled according to the relevant sport or product rules. Some markets remain valid when an event is completed within a stated period, while others are voided. For parlays, a void selection may be removed and the remaining selections recalculated. mpofafa may correct a settlement error when reliable official information shows that the original result was processed incorrectly.

8. Casino, Poker, Card Games, and Sabong

Game outcomes on mpofafa are governed by the rules displayed for each product. Players should read pay tables, entry requirements, tournament rules, round limits, and settlement terms before participating. In poker and multiplayer card games, soft play, chip dumping, collusion, shared accounts, and the use of prohibited assistance are not allowed.

Sabong and other live products may be affected by official rulings, stream delays, event interruptions, or arena decisions. The recognised official result will determine settlement, not a player’s interpretation of a video feed. mpofafa may delay settlement while waiting for a confirmed ruling. A video interruption does not automatically cancel a valid bet when the underlying event continued and an official result is available.

9. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, claim periods, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contributions, maximum stakes, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions. 10. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Where mpofafa reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may restrict the account, withhold affected transactions during review, request supporting documents, void related wagers, or close the account. Information may be preserved or disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid authority request.

11. Technical Errors and Service Availability

mpofafa works to keep its services accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, device compatibility, network conditions, third-party systems, power interruptions, or events outside reasonable control may affect the platform.

If there is an obvious odds error, incorrect payout, duplicated credit, display fault, or system malfunction, mpofafa may correct the account to reflect the intended and fair result. Players must not knowingly exploit an error. Funds credited by mistake remain subject to correction and should not be withdrawn or spent. When records conflict, verified platform transaction logs and official event data will be used to investigate.

12. Responsible Gaming

mpofafa is intended for entertainment by adults. Betting always carries risk, and no result or return is guaranteed. Players should set a budget, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never use money needed for rent, food, tuition, medical costs, debt payments, or family expenses.

The mpofafa name, logo, interface, written content, graphics, software, data presentation, and platform design are protected materials. Access to the website gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful entertainment. It does not transfer ownership of any brand or platform material.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, sell, reverse engineer, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit mpofafa content without prior written permission. Normal browser use and personal viewing are allowed, subject to these terms.

15. Suspension, Closure, and Inactive Accounts

You may stop using mpofafa and request account closure after pending wagers and required checks have been addressed. 17. Changes to These Terms

Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using mpofafa and request account closure after resolving pending wagers and balances.

18. General Provisions

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay by mpofafa in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been waived. These terms, together with incorporated policies and product rules, represent the agreement governing your use of the platform.
